Breaking from the convention, all of our classes incorporate aspects of Pilates. The repertoire of classes ensures we can turn anyone's motivation into results.
Pushing yourself, applying resistance and elevating your heart rate are critical parts of physical activity. The TRX & Cardio classes include traditional fitness techniques with a Motiv twist to take the classes to another level.
Pilates is the secret weapon to anyone looking to get fit and stay healthy. We follow the principles set out by Joseph Pilates and adapt them in all of our classes.
The machines are weird, but that is part of their charm. Including Reformer into your exercise regime can be the magic dust you are looking for. With the ability to add resistance to your Pilates, Reformer classes will elevate your core strength and deliver results beyond comprehension.

I wasted a lot of time trying to "find the recipe" for a successful facility, trying to be the facility that everyone wanted. It wasn't until I acted on what I believed was right that I found the internal success that I craved. Turning my shoulds into musts is really hard, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I want to earn it, creating a fitness facility that challenges the norms, my motive is MōTIV.
